Significantly better service than any other computer or device repair business I’ve used before. I brought in my custom PC because my RTX 3090 graphics card was making a noticeable rattling noise. They thoroughly diagnosed the issue and determined that the GPU had sustained damage related to overheating. They went beyond simply addressing the immediate problem. They calibrated all of my case fans, installed an AIO liquid CPU cooler, improved my cable management, corrected issues with my SSD installation, and cleaned up several other smaller problems with the PC build. Communication was excellent throughout the entire repair process. They gave me quick updates, clearly explained what they found, and were happy to answer the various technical questions I had about my computer, cooling setup, GPU, and hardware. If you’re looking for knowledgeable and communicative PC repair-especially for custom gaming PCs, graphics card issues, overheating, cooling upgrades, or hardware installation- I highly recommend them. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Communication ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Repair Quality ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Technical Knowledge ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Customer Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall Experience

Another place said they could not get the parts to fix my old 10yr. phone and NCR Computers of Sterling VA did for under $250. The other place said it would be $700 plus to recover most of my data. I highly recommend NCR. Go by and see Adeel. Sherman

I had an excellent experience with NCR Computers! They repaired my laptop quickly, and it has been working perfectly ever since. The team was reliable, honest, and highly professional throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Adeel, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the repair process. It's not easy to find a business you can truly trust, but NCR Computers definitely earned my confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality computer repairs and outstanding customer service. Thank you again, Adeel and the entire NCR Computers team!

NCR Computers helped me with a broken zif connector on my laptop. Super communicative, and when it came time for them to order the part, the manufacturer was delayed. NCR put in a temporary fix that allowed my keyboard to work properly in the meantime, and then promptly notified me when they got the part in many weeks later. They fixed it right away, and it was a super pleasant experience. Thank you, NCR Computers!
